Two lines of work, one principle: what an AI system is permitted to do should be explicit, bounded, and provable afterwards. We build an authority control plane for AI agents, and we implement the systems underneath it: retrieval that cites its sources, and departments that operate against a stated ceiling.
Why We Exist
An agent is not hacked. It is borrowed.
An AI agent is given access to a company’s systems. Nobody knows precisely what access it needs, so it is usually given far more than it uses.

01 · The exposure
Unused access is not harmless. It is available.
When an agent reads a document with an instruction written by someone else, such as “send this data to that address”, it cannot tell that instruction apart from its real task. It acts, using access it was legitimately granted.

02 · The diagnosis
The agent is not compromised. It is confused.
Its authority is borrowed by whoever wrote the instruction.

03 · The flaw in today’s defences
Detection fails by construction.
Most defences try to recognise the instruction and block it. A defence that works by recognising attacks loses to the attack it has not seen.
We take the other path. We remove the capability rather than detect the intent. When the instruction arrives, the agent attempts the action and fails. Nothing was detected; the permission was simply never there.
What We Build
One product. Three services.
Deliberately narrow. A company that claims five products and ten departments is describing something it cannot deliver. The product and the services are separate: you can buy either without the other.

Least-privilege enforcement for AI agents. Learns what each task actually needs, enforces it at every call, and limits what a prompt injection can do by removing the capability rather than trying to detect the attack.

Verified Knowledge Systems
Enterprise retrieval that attaches a source to every answer and refuses when the evidence is not there. Five to six weeks to production.

AI-Native Department Transformation
One department converted against an autonomy ceiling agreed in writing before anything is built. Ten to twelve weeks, two engagements per year.
Service 03
AI-Native Enterprise Transformation
Strategy, platform, retrieval and governance sequenced across departments. Sold in stages; you can stop after any of them.
